For over 35 years, Jonathan and Susan, alongside Georgina who joined the team 10 years ago, have been sourcing, preparing, and delivering top-quality game, smoked produce, and speciality foods to hotels, restaurants, and discerning food lovers across the region.
Our fully registered EC (4837) game plant and smokehouse allow us to handle every step of the process with care and expertise. All game is hung in temperature-controlled conditions, inspected by HMS meat inspectors, and expertly processed. Our smoked products, from trout and salmon to duck and pigeon, are cured and smoked on-site using traditional methods that enhance natural flavours.
We also handcraft our burgers and sausages using only the finest ingredients, with every burger hand-pressed to ensure superior taste and quality. Our poultry, venison, and locally shot game are all naturally lean, full of flavour, and sustainably sourced.
