Bacon & Blackpudding

We use only top-quality British pork, sourced with care and full traceability, ensuring the highest standards from farm to table. By working closely with trusted producers, we select pork known for its flavour, welfare, and consistency. Our bacon is traditionally cured before being slowly smoked over natural beechwood in our own smokehouse, a method that enhances the meat rather than masking it. The result is bacon with a clean, honest flavour — delicately smoky, beautifully succulent, and a true reflection of quality ingredients treated with respect at every stage.
